Josie, thank you for always being a wonderful neighbor and friend to us for the 10 years we lived across the street from you. Such fond memories to cherish. You were, and will always continue to be, the treasured light of that beautiful corner of South Hadley.

My mom and "Auntie" Josie were best friends since Holyoke High School. She was a big part of our lives growing up. She´s with my mom now, probably giggling away like they did! I´m so sorry for those who will so sharply feel her loss. She was one in a million. I´m so glad for the letter I´d recently received from her. I´ll treasure it.

What a beautiful woman Josie was. Always a smile and so helpful! She lost so much in her life and yet she carried on. She will be remembered long after we are gone!
