Mike, Lee, Lawrence and Morris ... I am very saddened to learn that Josephine has passed on. She was a great lady with a great sense of humor and love of life. She is, of course, one of the first people of my life and I will miss knowing that she is around.

Dear Michael, Lawrence and Morris, with your beautiful wives and special children, know that you have been in my thoughts and prayers since seeing that my oh-so-special friend had joined your amazing father to journey the far bank of the Jordan (I will always remember when he said he visited the pyramids during a long, sedated recovery from one of his "bionic man" interventions!)
