Not sure what to say?

It's been over 20 years since you left us. I still miss your face and your laugh. Thinking of you and your family. Miss you my friend.

My deepest sympathies go out to the Higgins family. Josh was a good friend of mine and I will miss him dearly. I know he will be watching over us all. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My deepest simpathy goes out to Josh's family and friends.
I am a co-worker of Josh's (Capt. Cotlone) and not a day goes by that I don't miss him. Russell Dart

Joshua was a very good and decent man. He was one of those who would stand up for what he believed in.
Hopefully everyone will try to be alittle better person to help fill the void that his passing has created, but it is a large void to fill.

Lt.Higgins you were a great Co-worker. Alway professional and hard working.
We honor you. God Bless! God be with your family and Friends

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall...
