BROWNING, Ill. -- Verna Vesta Mathis, 96, of Browning, died Sept. 13, 2012, in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Worthington Funeral Home, Rushville. Burial will be in Browning Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
