Joyce passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2016. Joyce was a resident of Victoria, Virginia at the time of her passing. She was married to Dan. Memorial services will be held Saturday Sept. 17 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Kenbridge United Methodist Church.
