Not sure what to say?

To Juan's family, I just read the news in Penn's Gazette. I was in several classes as we shared same majors. He was known as smart, kind, and a beacon of happiness at Penn. I am sorry that you have suffered this very sad loss. He was and is an inspiration how to face challenges with grace. May the Lord wrap you in His consolation and love.

You will be missed dear friend.

Juan was a great friend and a wonderful man. I miss him.

I was blessed to know Juan. His positive energy and his bright smile will always be remembered by so many.

Juan was such a sweet person with an unbelievably positive aura! He was always smiling, laughing, joking around, and happy! I only knew him for a short time but I'm glad that I did, he had such a positive light and has reminded me to keep living life to the fullest like he did :) RIP Juan.

Juan was a wonderful man, who brought a smile to the face of every person he met. I will miss him.

The last time we talked was on the phone (he was having some difficulty communicating by then) he was still very positive, gushing with energy and working very hard to say everything he wanted...
