Not sure what to say?

I never had the privilege of meeting Capt. Julian Fernandez, but I heard many a story that attested to the captain's character. Character that I suspect helped immensely in growing the Biscayne Bay Pilots Association. I did have the privilege of working as a boatman for the Biscayne Bay Pilots with his nephew, Captain John Fernandez, who is extremely professional, unflappable, and always a pleasure to work with. My sincerest condolences go out to the family of Captain Julian Fernandez.

I WAS INTRODUCED TO JULIAN MANYYEARS AGO BY MY FATHER....EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT SEEN HIM IN MANY YEARS, IT SEEMS JUST LIKE YESTERDAY THAT WE WERE HAVING BREAKFAST TOGETHER IN COCONUT GROVE...MAY HE REST IN PEACH.....HARPER DAVIDSON, JR.

Rest peacefully now. No more pain or sorrow, only sweet, sweet peace. God bless your family and friends.

Captain, you were always a gracious host and a wonderful story teller.

Fair Winds Captain Fernandez

On angels wings dear Daddy, on angels wings.
always with love,
Corky
