Honored to have watched this wonderful lady at work for several years at SDWP. Always wondered how she managed to find things in her office filled with paper and files almost to the roof, but she knew, just where everything was. Rest in peace great lady.

Julie was called Jewels because she sparkled with wisdom and intelligence. She astutely analyzed problems and decided solutions. I learned so much from Julie. I will not forget her
