I am shocked to hear this sad news (Julie Chin's passing away) from one of our common friends. She was a very kind and caring individual and a great friend and had helped us numerous times during our Arbella IT engagement. Very saddening and demoralizing news! She would always remind me of a person who was kind, intelligent and helpful to everyone. She was a key individual of COGEN team and a great contributor.
