Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Kruger, Please allow me to express my condolences on the passing of your husband

Herr Kruger's German classes at Glens Falls High School had a profound impact on my view of the world. I remember him explaining how although he had apprentice training in Germany he felt his love of learning and education could only be accomplished in the United States. Reading the novella Tonio Kruger by Thomas Mann in his class was eye opening to me. Somehow I felt perhaps this book also explained how he thought about himself in the world. I still have my high school copy of this book....

Dear Sharon, I was very saddened to hear of Jurgen's passing. Jurgen was such a pleasure to work with at the Main St. School in Hudson Falls. We started there together. Jurgen was a strong and very dedicated teacher who cared deeply about his students and his profession. We connected on so many levels! Blessings, Norm Facklam Colleague

I´m sorry Sharon.

Dearest Sharon...we are so sad to hear about Jurgens passing. He was a man that cast a big shadow. When we opened the store (10 years ago ) he was one of the first people to give us the lay of the land. He had many stories and of course advice. Then we met you...the lovely Sharon with the beautiful smile. We hope despite of these sad times....you will be able to smile again soon. There are many people out there that love you and always know Palma and Joe are on that list. We are here if you...

Sharon I am so so sorry to hear about Jurgen - what a guy; what a life! I have fond memories of get togethers in past years - I´m just sorry I haven´t kept in touch better lately. My sincere condolencesLaura C.

Sharon this is Helen Taylor, I worked with Jurgen many years at BOCES. Such a gift to have known him. Please accept my Sincere Sympathies. I so enjoyed reading his Life Journey. He is now resting in the arms of our Lord. God Bless

Sharon, So sorry to hear that we have lost Jurgen. He loved the gatherings that we all had at Fran & Donna's at "dock time." I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to spend some time with you and Jurgen this past Christmas. Jurgen will be missed by many, many people.

So sorry for your loss. I have many memories of his visits to the post office.
