Not sure what to say?

With Sympathy and deepest regrets.

We’re sorry to hear about Karen’s passing. I always thought she was so sweet and beautiful! We met her through Debbie and Gail. I also was a patient of Dr. Frank so saw her and her mom there. She was always so kind when I saw her. Know we’re thinking of all of her family! Dwight & Judi Dunham
