Not sure what to say?

Pat and family,
Kate will be missed very much. She was one of the most giving people I've met. She was full of life and fun. I shared a lot of jokes with Kate. May God give you comfort in his arms.

Peace,
Maggie (CATCH)

We've lost a very special person. So many people will miss her though none more than Pat and the family. What a tremendous loss to so many in the human world and the animal world. She'll live on in so many hearts.

I am so heartbroken to learn that Kate has passed. She was an exceptional person, a free spirit and a very loving individual. She will be missed. May Allah make it easy for the loved ones she left behind.

I spent many, many fabulous years with Kate,,, in grade school, high school and at Holy Family college, playing basketball for their team. She was my neighbor for 5 years, we were together all the time,, playing basketball, softball, tennis and boardgames....She was myself and my husband Joe's close, close friend for many more years.
We always competed in everything !! She was an extraordinary athlete and intellect !! She truly had it all and really enjoyed and embraced...

Kate went to school with my older sister at St. Huberts and was so kind to me. When she knew I wanted to become a Police officer, she took me down to the Police radio room where she worked to show me how it all operated.
A career Academician, she kept at it until reaching her goal.
She was truly impressive in so many ways, with that awesome, unmistakable laugh.
Thank you Kate for all you gave to this world.
You will be truly missed.

I don't know what to say. I've never met Kate in person but I was one of her biggest fans on Instagram. I used to joke with people that she was who I wanted to be when I grew up. I've sent her countless messages asking for advice on cooking one item or another. To a fellow urban homesteader (with much less experience) she was like a guiding light for what could be done a with a South Philly home and garden. It was often that we might have met in person, having been minutes apart in visiting...

So surprised and saddened to learn today of Kate's sudden death.
Our friendship began in high school and ran through many years but was interrupted when I moved to the Lehigh Valley. So grateful that we reconnected, if only on FB, at the time of our 50th reunion from grade school a few years ago.
You were a great athlete, a rugged conversationalist and had a wonderful sense of humor. You loved learning and had an enduring commitment to justice for others, canine, feline and...
