Not sure what to say?

Kat, Matt and Noah as a baby Sept 2007

To Kat's loving family and friends, my heartfelt condolences and thoughts are with you, stretching across the expanse of the Pacific from Australia.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Kat when she came to Australia with Laura in 1999. Kat's smile, her generosity and vivaciousness, and her kindness were evident - and infectious. The many 'Down Under' adventures shared that year culminated in Fiji, on the way home, when she met Matt and their journey began together.

I was so...

To the Lewis family, I'm so saddened to hear of this.

I had the pleasure of knowing Kat when I was an adjunct faculty member at SRJC Petaluma campus. Sunny, capable and ever full of energy. Such a generous spirit. What a gift to know her.

Sending my deepest sympathies and sincere wishes of strength to you all.

Respectfully,
Joy Hermsen

Kathy was my daughter, Erika's best friend in her childhood. She was always smiling, happy, and brought out the best in all who knew her. I count myself so very blessed to have had that honor. She is so greatly missed by all of us who loved her!

Dear Diane and Tom, we were so very sad to see that your beautiful daughter Katherine has passed. I know how precious your children are to you as we shared incidents of our children when we worked together Diane, so many years ago at the blood bank. Louie and I send our deepest condolences to you and your family. Sending our love to all of you, Nancy and Louie Sanchietti

So very sorry to hear of Kat's passing. I was on her hiring committee at SRJC. Was always glad for our choice and enjoyed working with Kat. When I retired from the JC, Kat gave me a lovely scarf she had crocheted, which I have enjoyed wearing and often get compliments for it. I will continue to wear it with fond memories of Kat. With sincere sympathy.

Dear Family of Kat Lewis. Please accept my deepest condolences in the passing of such a beautiful person. I had the privilege of caring for Kat and getting to know her kind and loving spirit. To Matt, her husband and her children, Maddie and Noah, Kat Loved you all and you were her world. Kat was so very proud of all of you. Kats time on Earth was too short but will be remembered a lifetime by all whose heart she touched! I am one of them.....May God give You Stregnth and courage to carry...

The heavens have gained a truly bright and shining star. We were so blessed to have had Kat in our lives, if only for a brief while.

I will never understand why such awful things happen to the nicest of people. Sending lots of love and good wishes, all the way from Australia. Nic and Caz xx
