We were very sorry to learn of Mrs Neff's passing. We met her at Auburn Elementary and she was an excellent teacher.

We are so sorry for your loss. Kathy worked with our son at Auburn Elementary. We were always impressed with her creativity and how hard she worked to help him learn and grow. She was a warm person with genuine interest in the children she taught. After her first surgery, she spoke to Tom and said "Tell Patrick we both have something in common. We both have had brain surgery." She was a special person and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you.

You are all in our prayers! My smpathy goes out to all of you. I have know Kathy since High School at Christiansburg and most recently she was our son Cody's Speech Therapist. He really enjoyed working with her all thru his elementry, middle and high school days. Kathy was an important part of the Auburn Schools and I thank her for being herself. Again, my sympathy goes out to all of her family and friends.

Mrs. Neff was beautiful inside and out. What she did to help our son with his severe speech delay was amazing. She never gave up-a pink pig,Cookie Monster, shortbread cookies and sitting in the doorway to the supply closet was her magic formula for him.She would be so proud to hear him say the blessing at meatimes now.
Thank you dear lady.

My deepest sympathys for all of Kathy's family. We met Kathy at Auburn Elementary School as my sons Speech teacher. She made all his "dreaded" lessons turn into fun and humor. She really did work miracles with her knowledge and way of relating to children. She enjoyed her work and was always so helpful. I will always remember how much she helped Logan, and would always give me a smile and say "its gonna be fine". Thoughts and prayers are with you all.
