Kathryn Louise Lavery "Kay" Johnston

I met Kay when she became a supervisor of maternal child health. She was warm and funny, with a touch of dry humor that never failed to make me laugh, even when having the worst shift.
Above all, she adored her family, and oh, was she a storyteller! I recall so many stories of how she met her husband, and stories about her daughters and grandchildren, always told with that touch of humor and so much pride!
I have thought of her through the years and am deeply saddened to hear of...

Kay was a very warm and caring person who was always kind and thoughtful towards everyone in her presence. She was loved by everyone that knew her and will be forever cherished and missed❤

Kay was always such a great supporter of Emily's love of dance. She attended all of her competitions, performances, and recitals, and greeted everyone with a smile. She will be greatly missed. Sending love to her family during this difficult time.
