I met Kathy through the Turn Trussville Pink campaign several years ago. I enjoyed working with Kathy and hearing her enthusiastic plans for spreading the word and planning TTP day. Kathy had enough energy and life to run circles around all the many volunteers who flocked around her. My heart goes out to her family and everyone in our community who will feel the void left by her absence. The last time I saw Kathy she was using a walker and was weaker than normal. She still looked beautiful...
