Ken and Jean were my neighbors and a joy to be around. He always had a ready smile and a great sense of humor. He will be missed.

If Mr. Fraser is anything like his daughter Dianne then he was one heck of a guy; wonderful, patient, funny, warm and kind! Dianne my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time. Warmest regards, Michelle Griffin and family
