My first job was at Beyers news Depot sweeping and mopping the floors Mr. Beyer was great, always so happy I remember we used to be able to keep any change we found while sweeping and he would throw change on the floor just so we would have something extra to play the video games they had in the store. Even as I type this I can see his face smiling and laughing, since I lived on the Square I spent all of my time at Beyers news Depot drinking the green Rivers that he would make extra green for...

I would like to say how sorry I am to hear the news about Mr. Beyer.

I remember him full of newspaper ink and his blue Bugle Boy canisters. He was a loyal and hard worker. I looked up to him because he followed the dream of opening his own shop.

I could be considered a 5 Beyer child because of the amount of time I was at the house on Hutchins. My whole childhood included all of you and my heart aches for you. Its a constant reminder that time flies and live everyday to...

I was a paper carrier in my younger days Ken was a man I always looked up to he was such a nice man....I remember going to Wrigley Feild on a couple occasions with Ken and Frank now there reunited once again.
