Dear Lisa, Danielle, and Alissa,
I'm so sorry to learn this news tonight.
Ken was my oldest friend. We were best friends from elementary thru high school. We kept in touch through grad school and beyond: he saved my life when I was 49 and again when I was 59. Laura and I found my old junior high school diaries a couple years ago and have been reading about Ken and remembering all those years when we were in the same class… Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Dear Cerny Family, Please accept my deepest sympathy that the passing of Dr. Cerny. He treated my sister for Alzheimer's and was so very gentle, compassionate and respectful with her. I was so relieved to find a doctor who embodied all of this characteristics. We will miss him very much.

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Cerny's passing and will miss him dearly. I have been a patient of his for many years as he has been treating me for my migraines (as he seems to have been the healer for many!). He was always so willing to tweek my meds for me if something wasn't working and yet over the years I have improved greatly! He was my miracle find!! Dr.Cerny took care of my dad Mr.Cosimo Russo who had parkinson disease. who longed passed away in february 2012 due to parkinson disease. he was a great Dr. sending my condolence to the cerny family at this sad time.

I had the unique honor to have been a colleague of Dr. Cerny for many decades.
I was constantly struck by the amalgam of his remarkable attributes.
He was a brilliant clinician and diagnostician.
And at the same time he was always emotionally available and empathic to all of his patients.
And that was extended to his medical cohorts.
Whenever we were puzzled by a patient, Ken was always there with his acumen and patience.
