It's hard to find the words to express how sorry we are that Ken passed after a valiant battle with the big B Cancer. Connie, you are constantly in our thoughts as you cope with this loss. Shela and David.

Our hearts go out to Connie and Ken's family during this difficult time. Ken was fun to be around with that dry wit and always interesting to chat with. We will miss our Red Elvis sitings at the Rhythm Room! He is definitely gone too soon *Hugs*

I've known Ken and his wife Connie since we were all in graduate school in the 1970's. Ken went on to serve the most needy of all of us - something I have the greatest respect for. He also developed a number of passions, including ceramics, bird breeding and always the blues, throughout his too short life --- and he excelled at them all. He had a great sense of humor and an inner calm despite the craziness of day-to-day life. The world is diminished by his passing. My deepest sympathies to Connie, the love of his life, and Ken's brother.

Ken was my favorite supervisor in all my years with DDD. He was warm, funny, kind and never got rattled in difficult situations. He was easy to talk to, had a great, dry sense of humor and it was so interesting hearing him talk as he had been to lots of places and had done many different things. You will be missed Ken. Your pain is over and now you can soar with your beloved birds. Rest in peace.

God wants people to enjoy life on earth. He created the earth and everything on it because he loves mankind. Soon he will act to provide a better future for people in every land. He will relieve mankind of the causes of suffering.Read Jeremiah 29:11.
