Mr. Welch touched my life over 25 years ago when he was still a young attorney. His wise, compassionate & effective counsel will never escape me. What a sad loss to his family and to our community. May he rest in peace.

I was very saddened to hear of Ken's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with his family through this time of loss. Ken represented me in the late 80's for a very emotional domestic violence case. I will never forget his compassion and understanding which helped get me through the most difficult time of my life. He was a great man.
