Not sure what to say?

This amazing man - he was so much more than a co-worker and a supervisor. He was a genuine friend first and foremost. He truly cared and he showed it every day. Having “one of those days?” You could count on Kevin to lighten the load with his infectious ornery sense of humor. If it was a really bad “one of those days” he was there to listen and give insight or assistance if needed. His heart was as huge as his mischievous smile. I will always miss him.

My heart-felt condolences to the McCary family. Kevin represents the very best in public service and law enforcement. He leaves a community grateful for his extraordinary service and grateful to you for sharing him with us.
I was privileged to work with Kevin over the years that we were colleagues in the Benton County Justice System and respected and admired him greatly. In Kevin's work in the sheriff's department and mine in the court system, we had occasional direct, personal contact...

Knowing Kevin as a young man I expected him to achieve great things - it looked like he did. All my best to his loving family.

To the McCary family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Your smile, laughter and practical jokes will be missed at the office. Thank you for being such a powerful member of the law enforcement community.

My condolences to the family. I do not personally know Keith but have heard a lot of nice things about Keith and the whole family.(Steve Caughey is my son-inlaw). The love and closeness of your family will help you through this very difficult time. God Bless you all.

Rest in Peace

I am saddened beyond words at the loss of this amazing officer. In November 2001, he entered my and my children's lives at the worst moment in our life and even though we only spoke sporadically he was always there if I needed to talk. This world is a little less bright with the loss of his light. RIP Kevin. You will be greatly missed

Thoughts and prayers to Kevin's entire family. The loss of such an amazing man will be felt by all. Thank you Kevin for being an incredible mentor, Supervisor and friend. God bless, you will be missed.
