Not sure what to say?

Just held a reunion on April 30th of friends from Michigan. It was our 35th anniversary of our graduation. Wish you could have been there to share stories and to hear your laugh.

I want to extend my condolences to Kristin's family. I was shocked to hear the news. I was heading down to Atlanta this weekend and really wanted to see her and meet the kids. I lost her number and Google turned up her obituary. As a friend from college, I have fond memories of long talks, dorm antics, jokes and a wonderful spring break of laughter. She was such an amazing person - so full of life and laughter.

To the Family of Kristin Yu,

I just heard about Kristin's transition and I am deeply sadden. I worked with Kristin at Turner a few years ago and spent a great deal of time in her office talking about everything. I was even part of a Graduate School project while Kristin was obtaining her MBA at Kennesaw State. Kristin was a wonderful person that immediately warmed your spirit with her smile and her laugh. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. My prayers are with her...

Our 20th high school reunion will be held in a few weeks and there will be a big hole in our class without Kristin. I was so excited about the prospect of seeing her. I continue to pray for her family and friends everyday and hope each day brings healing and happy memories.

Dear Lisa and Jim,
I am deeply sorry on the loss of your precious daughter, Kristen. I hope in time you will start to remember the good times you had with Kristen. Even though I had not met Kristen, I know she was a very accomplished young lady based on your loving and proud comments about her. My thoughts and prayers go out to both of you, to her husband, Stephen, and her children, Benjamin and Emily.

Hold on to what is good
even if it's a handful of earth.
Hold on to what you believe
even if it's a tree that stands by itself.
Hold on to what you must do
even if it's a long way from here.
Hold on to your life
even if it's easier to let go.
Hold on to my hand
even when I've gone away from you.
--A Hopi prayer
