LACY C. WALTERS, 83, of Hatfield, Ky., died Jan. 11 at Pikeville Medical Center. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home; burial at Smith Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
