Read MoreI was planning on buying a home in Boise a month ago. My sister and I saw a car in the driveway and stopped in unexpectedly to see if we could see inside home. Mr. Smith was there and so very gracious to us. Took the time to let us view property and answered our many questions. The work he had done was beautiful. We were both shocked at news of his death.
