Not sure what to say?

Dear Kent and family,
I grew up with your mother, Janet, in Lund. She was my best friend. I enjoyed reading about your son and wish I had known him. I extend my sympathy and love. The gospel makes it easier, but still what a difficult trial. Love Sister Ilene Carter Ferris on a mission in India

Dear Kent and Kristin,
How I wish we lived closer. I was so sorry to hear of Lance. What a handsome man he was. It was so good to talk to your Mom, Kris. I can only imagine what heartbreak you are experiencing. Our family prayers have included you. Please know of our love for you and your family. I have such wonderful childhood memories with you! Love, Jo

Dear Kristin, Kent, Alex and Erika,

I have loved being able to get to know your family over these past 3 years. It is an honor to be among some of the greatest parents in the world. I have watched you both just love your children and do all the right things for them. I know that Heavenly Father loves you for all the time spent in teaching Lance and for providing a beautiful home in which he lived to be able to feel the spirit and to there be taught about eternal things....

My love and prayer goes out to you! No one should have to cope with the loss of a child.I went to Entz with Lance(although i'm three years younger.)He was the best ever.My sister Ashlyn was best friends with him all through Entz.I also took dance from you.I would love to sit and talk to him, because he was so nice and he would make me laugh so much. You are in my prayers.

Kristin,
My mom told me over the phone of the accident. I didn't realize it was your son until I read the information in the paper and saw your name. We graduated the same year from Mt. View. As a mom, I am devastated to hear of the loss of your son. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Celebrate Lance's life and take comfort in knowing that the lives he touched are celebrating knowing him. May Heavenly Father bless and comfort you until your memories once again...

To Lance's Family,
I barely knew Lance, but I can say I did know his smile. That is all you ever saw on his face while he was at Poston. I know how you are felling at this time with the sudden and unexpected death of Lance. But I know that he is with God know and is looking down upon you with his great smile. I can truly say I will miss Lance and will NEVER forget what a positive influence he was on all of us. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I can say...
