My sincere condolences on the passing of Lance. He was a fine man that would go great length's to help those he cared about. His personality and humor endeared him to the many people that met him over the years. He will be missed by his many friends and acquaintances. May you find comfort through family and friends who share your loss. My condolences.

I met Lance while working at Vermont Castings in the early 1990's. I remember him as being an even tempered, mild man who never had a bad word to say about anyone. He loved his work! I am saddened by his passing.
