Not sure what to say?

Dear Ellen and Andy,
I was so sad to hear of Lance's death. During those Boswell years he was such a wise advisor to me in many areas of my life and I will always think of him with great affection. God bless him and your family.

Our deepest sympathy to all the family.
The Santos Family

God bless you Lance.

My deepest sympathy to the Chao family.

Dear Ellen,
We happened, by chance, to see Lance's obituary. You both held a special place in our lives when we lived in Corcoran. Lance was one of John's dearest friends at JGB. The last time I was in Corcoran Lance and I ran into each other downtown. We hugged and were so happy to see each other. It was a sweet reunion. We think of you both. Your husband was a true gentleman and a true friend. God Bless.

I was sorry to hear of Mr. Chao's passing. Our prayers go out to the family.

Mr. Chao will be greatly missed. He took a chance and rented me my first studio apartment when I was very young. When I moved out, he promised me that I would always have a place to live as long as he had any say in it. He always had kind words to say anytime he saw me or my family. My prayers are with Mrs. Chao and her family.
