My memories of Larry are those of a young man. We met when he was approx. 17.His brother Jack & I were married & I stayed with the family in Gasport, NY on Chapman Rd when Jack shipped out to the Meditterian Sea. From the time I was a very small child, I would hear these wonderful and funny stories of all of you from my mother Gloria and what a wonderful family you all were. Time went by and just a few years ago a trip to California was planned and I got to meet my Uncle Larry that I had heard so much about. He was so happy and Linda so gracious. He had brought videos of the family and the stories that my mother had told me continued as if to begin where they left off and...

To a person who looked at me and spoke to me as a friend and not just a co-worker. I will remember the fun and good times we had at Dupont and not the long days and nights. Dear Dempsy Family,
My deepest sympathies in the passing of your father and my friend.
I was a neighborhood kid on Camden Circle back in the late 60’s early 70’s. We boys….. I think there were 5 or so of use assembled somewhere around the circle at any given time during the day and sometimes night. We were always playing ball or getting into fights or some other sort of mischief.
