Julia and Rita, I just heard about Larry's passing and want to tell you how sorry I am to hear this. He was my boyfriend in high school. You may remember me; we renewed our friendship about 10 years ago and I used to drive to Bellingham to see him and he drove here to Tacoma to see me a few times. I'm sorry I didn"t know Larry Allen as an adult as much as I remember him when I was a kid. My favorite memory I think about very often is when Larry would play his guitar and sing the tune of "House of the rising sun". You will be missed but never forgotten. Delores Filbeck Kennedy
