Not sure what to say?

Tammy and Jim,
I have not seen you in years but remember your mother fondly. We visited with Lassie many times as we grew up in Sylvatus with my mother, Virginia Alderman, and Aunt Artie. Your mother was a true example of God's grace and goodness. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time of sadness.

Tammy,
I have so many wonderful memories of time spent with your mother Lassie. I came to treasure the friendship I had with Troy and Lassie and would see them on occasion long after Clay and I left Hillsville. My last visit with your mother, she told me she thought she was dreaming as she saw me coming to her door and we both cried, it had been so long since we had seen each other. Both of your parents were truly lovely people and I will never forget them and the kindness they showed...

Tammy and Jim,
I have many fond memories of time spent at Troy and Lassie's home. I can still see her, Grandma Dot and Artie stringing beans laughing and taking care of one another as they each endured their own loses. I pray that God will comfort you and guide you in the days and weeks to come. Many hugs!

Tammy and Jim ....Mom and I send you all our prayers and deepest sympathy. Mom was just speaking of Lassie yesterday. A special lady your mother was to all of us. We will mourn her passing deeply and treasure so many happy memories we all shared together. Please let us know if you need us. We love you both!!
