Read MoreOn a whim I started looking for Laurie, as I have on many occasions during my life. Sadly I found out that she had passed. She was my college roommate and a bridesmaid in my wedding. I will miss her and cherish the times I had with her. She was a true inspiration to me.

We were so sorry to hear about Laurie and we send our condolences to Laurie's family. My husband Dave and I had such fun when we double dated with Laurie and John Szott while we were students at Douglas MacArthur High School. We will remember Laurie's fun personality and the happy times we spent with her.
