Not sure what to say?

I just hear of the passing of Dr. Williamson. He had such an impact on my life due to his leadership in Reading Specialties at NMSU. Almost 30 years later, I use his ideas and quotes. He was such a strong person of great faith. I will always, always, remember him. My sympathy and thoughts are with all of you.

Dear Letha and family,
I was sorry to hear of your loss; I knew Leon well when I worked at NMSU. He was a true visionary and helped many students and children. His life will continue on though all of the children affected by those of us who teach and those students who then decided to become teachers. May memories comfort you and bring you peace.

Sister Williamson and Family,
Sorry to hear of your loss. We love you and appreciate your friendship. May the Lord's love abide with you as you face the coming days.

Dr. Williamson mentored me through internship and degree in Reading Specialty with such intelligence, flexibility and laughter...such a good person. I appreciate all that he taught...for me and all my students I have had the opportunity to help. My condolences to his family.

Brother Williamson holds a special place in my heart for words of encouragement and friendship during a difficult time in my life. The weekly letters he sent to me are some of my cherished posessions. What a blessing it is to know that his earthly pain and weakened body are now whole. He was a great man of wisdom and knowledge with the best smile and laugh! Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you and your families.

With love,
