Len was my mentor for more than 20 years at GWU. I shall always be grateful for his friendship and professional guidance.

I am so sorry of learning of the passing of Len. He was my professor,adverser, and friend at G. w University. What I learned from Len has changed my life and my understand of Human Resource Development. Len was a true innovator in the field of HRD and I will miss he very much.
