Not sure what to say?

I know the Angels came, Les. You are such a great soul! You were so good to me and I'm sorry our paths drifted apart. My 41 years as a Broadcasting Sales Professional brought me into your life in 2004. I sold ads for "More Sports" on Adelphia Cable for you and we did fantastic!
I got to meet some of the Sports Critic Legends that appeared on your show during those 6 months. I mourned the loss of Jeremy's young wife at that awful time with you in "catch up"...

To Allison Levine and Family"

Dear Allison"
We, The Beachwood Men's Softball League, would like to extend our deepest sympathies to the entire Levine family on the passing of your beloved Les. Les was our featured speaker at our annual softball banquets for nearly 3 decades. He provided us with great wit, humor, sports information, and most of all irreplaceable entertainment. Ironically, these events always occur during the week of the Thanksgiving holiday, which...

To Allison Levine and Family:

We, The Beachwood Men's Softball League, would like to express our deepest sympathies to you and your family on the passing of your beloved Les. Les was our featured speaker at our annual softball banquet, always around Thanksgiving for approximately 3 decades. Ironically, that holiday represents a symbol of "thanks" to him for providing us with sports wisdom, humor, intelligence, and most of all great entertainment. Les was a...

Les was a great friend and a wonderful fellow. I have known him for 60+ years and our fathers were friends before that. We shared a love of sports and he asked me to become a Sports Professional when he began More Sports and Les Levine on WERE. Often he would use me as a sounding board and fact-checker and we both enjoyed the give-and-take over the years.

We are also very friendly with his entire family and extend our condolences to his wife and best friend, Allison, Jeremy and...

Whenever I heard Les on the air I had to just pause my day and just listen.
His god given wit was something to treasure.
His knowledge of sports and his bridge to the fans of NE Ohio was remarkable. What a proud legacy he leaves us with. May God bless his family and close friends. Thank you for sharing him with us all.

We all lost a great guy! While I was still living in Cleveland I would see Les a couple of times a month. Always a smile and what a mensch. He will be missed by all.

Out How Come Quickie Tribute to Les

How come a man named Les ended up giving Cleveland sports fans more stories, more smiles and more of himself than any sports personality this town has ever known?

When given the choice it will ALWAYS be More Levine and less of anything else.

We love you, Les.
