Dear West Family

We have such great childhood memories of family get togethers at your house with "The Gang." Your Father always had a smile on his face and was the life of the party. We wish you strength and hope you can find comfort in his memories and smile in his remembrance.

Just returning from vacation, I learned about Dr. West today. To my good buddy James, I pray that my thoughts and prayers will help bring comfort to you and your family.

Dr. West's family,
Dr. West was a great boss and friend. I worked for him back in 1996 for about almost two years. He was always smiling and continued to make me laugh on a daily basis. I have very fond memories of that time in my life. He truly was a inspiration in mine. God Bless,
Jennifer (Bussoletti) Pirnat

We are sitting at Eaton's Ranch in Wyoming at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains. It's a beautiful morning. The birds are singing. And we're thinking about our good friend Les West--last seen at the Gyro Installation dinner and at the Mardi Gras Parade. You are at his funeral as we write. He was the BEST and he will be missed!

On behalf of my Brothers and I , we wish to thank everyone for their kindness at our time of sorrow. We were truly blessed having my Dad in our lives. He will be greatly missed. He made a a positive difference in life, and left this world a better place. I, for one, will miss him. Thank you all.

Eric and family,
Please know that you are in my prayers at this time of loss. I have only fond memories of seeing you dad and taking my mom to see him later. She loved sharing time with him.
Take care,
Jan Black

I have many fond memories of times spent at the West homestead as a boy. Dr. West let Eric, David, Kurt and I explore every inch of it from the river to the road. He was a part of a very happy time in my life and will remain so. The entire family is in my prayers.

The West Family,
Condolences on the death of your father. Nothing ever prepares us for such monumental emotional upheavals in our lives. I hope that the happy and wonderful memorials of your father will help you and the rest of the family to cope with his passing, now and in the future... If you remember, I worked for Dr. West for 8 years.. God Bless,

I feel very fortunate to have known Les West. He always had a smile and warm greeting to go with his cheerful personality. I knew him through Painesville Rotary and enjoyed the great comic rivalry that he, an OSU grad. and Chuck Gamori, a staunch Michigan graduate carried on every year when the two teams met. It was priceless and great fun. Les was a wonderful friend and mentor and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Tim McCreary
