Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathies as I have just found out about Les passing away. I had been worried that I hadn't heard from Les as we were very close friends. I am so missing him.

Les, I truly enjoyed the time we worked together. You were always giving great advice to the new hires. You found ways to share your wisdom and experience. I enjoyed your humor and especially your friendship. Rest in Peace.

Lester "My Friend", as you would always say to me. You will be truly missed. I tried to connect with you several times and finally never heard back. I knew then something was wrong. I enjoyed our breakfast and lunches together. Sorry we did not do them more often. You were a great friend and inspiration to all. Thanks for being the great and kind person you were.
God love ya!
