Unfortunatly, I didn't have the chance to get to know Uncle Boot very well. However, I can remember my mom, Nancy Woods, and Granny praying for him often. I know they loved him so very much. I can only imagine how excited they must be to have their prayers answered and to see their Son and Brother once again. I am sending all my love and prayers for God's grace to be with his family at this time.

I have very fond memories of Uncle Boot. I know he is having a great time with Granny, Mom, and his other Sisters gone before him. The family is in my thoughts and prayers. You are loved and will be missed greatly.

I only met Lester very few times. He seemed like a very nice caring man. My condolences go out to Tina and family. I'm very sorry for every ones loss. I'm sure the ceremony will be beautiful. I'm sorry i cant make it to show my support, but i will be praying for Tina and her family. May Lester rest in peace.

Lester was one of the nicest men I have ever met. He use to always come over on or around my birthday and we'd chat about old times, business or family. He was distinguished by his wit and Elvis like hair.
I haven't seen him in a few years, but he'd call my mom once and awhile to say hello. I am truly sorry I didn't get to say goodbye. We will miss him tremendously.

There are no words to describe the loss of a father. I want to make sure to thank those who have called me to offer their support and sympathy, your love and prayers mean so much now. As I have shared with many of you I was able to spend six hours just praying with my father in the days before he died, and our parting words to each other on that visit were “I love you.” I prayed with everything I had for his salvation and his peace, it was a wonderful visit with him and I believe he is in...
