Libaina M Miller

Libaina M. (Oliveira) Miller, 70, of East Freetown passed away at home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Pilar DaBretanha São Miguel Acores, she is the daughter of the late Jorge D'Oliveira. She is survived by her husband, Stephen DeCoffe; her mother Ilda Oliveira Benevides; her three children, Laurie Raphael and her husband Brad, Paul Miller and his wife Anna, and Jody Perry and his wife Sandy, all of New Bedford; seven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; three siblings, Theresa Botelho, Luis Oliveira, and Pauline Whitford; one uncle; and many aunts, nieces, and nephews. Libaina was predeceased by her late husband, Herbert Miller, Jr. Libaina was employed as a CNA at the Royal of Fairhaven, formerly the Nichols Nursing Home. She was an avid bowler in various leagues out of Fairhaven. Her visiting hours will be Friday, November 11th from 4-8 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. She will have a graveside service in St. John's Cemetery on Saturday, November 12th at 10 AM.
