Not sure what to say?

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

Just caught up with Lily on FB after not speaking with her since high school. I remember her as someone with a wonderful attitude and a beautiful smile. She will be missed as she always made everyone's day a little brighter. She touched so many. I pray her family finds strength to remember and cherish all the memories they have of Lily. Save a place for me, Lily...until we meet again.

I cried a river
together we cried an ocean
let us cry no more
as Lily would have us
bask in her enchanting smile
lyrical voice and laughter
the vast magical universe
within her eyes
which stole my heart away
regret is useless as
I choke on the words
I will never get to say
for the long road we traveled
I am grateful
What we had begun
will come to fruition
of that I promise
And yes, Lily I know
there are...

Lily was a very nice person and she will be greatly missed. I think I was a sophomore in high school when I met her, and I was ridiculously shy, but she always made me feel comfortable. I send my heartfelt condolences to her family.

To all of Lily's family, we express our sincere sympathy. Please know that we are here for you. Although death seems so final, keep her close to your hearts and forever in your memory.
Love and God bless-

Lily # 2 or is it #1? We always laughed about that! Je je je...? Well, you will always be my hermana cubana, Lily #1 in my eyes. I am glad you were a part of my life. Working at Hillside with you was always a blast... Que comica! Je je je. I will always have fond memories of you.
I am richer for having known you and glad we got back in touch after so many years. Meeting for lunch was always a blast and greeting all of your spunky little children, ay, bendito! je je je...? Bueno, sorry...

It's been many years since we've seen Lily but recall her as one of the most sweet and kindest people we knew. She will be missed by all who knew her. Prayers and strength for her family during this difficult time.

What a wonderful woman, who, although we had not seen each other in years, made it feel as though no time had past at all. I am sorry that we will not be able continue the journey here on Earth, but I am sure she is preparing the way in Heaven. God Bless her family with the strength to get through this difficult time. My love and support to them all.

Lil, Rest in peace. We know you left too soon and that you are very missed. Thanks for being a good, helpful and supportive friend. Thanks for all you did for me. We know that you are in a better place and that you are dancing. Later friend. Much love.
