I bumped into Jan Phelps and a bunch of other ex-BNFL women, including Kara and Teresa, in front of the Soup Kitchen this morning. Jan told me of Linda's passing. Your strength and courage during her prolonged illness were an inspiration to me. Hope you are doing well otherwise.

Horace, I was out of town when Linda passed and I just couldn't believe it. Being her nurse for a while and getting to know both of you was truely a blessing. You have been such an inspiration to those who know you. The strength and devotion you provided to Linda was way beyond what most could give.
