Not sure what to say?

Linda won a beauty contest while in High School in Sterling, which was a personal victory! We had all been doomed with 'Mabel inflicted' permed hair and hand-me-down clothes. In addition, she wore glasses. In 1963/4 she ditched the glasses and transformed into a beautiful butterfly... Miss Blackhawk!!

Linda Kay Bend is/was our sister. She was brave, protective and loving. We were best friends. I miss her terribly.

Jack, I just found out about Linda's passing. I am so very sorry. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed!! I am glad I along with my mom (Linda) and dad (Larry) Murphy were able to see her and you this last April at Sabino Road Baptist Church.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sherry Stewart-Lynaugh

Jack, Julie and I were sad to learn that Linda passed away. Although it has been a long time since we've seen you or Linda, we remember both of you well. We send our sympathies. Mark and Julie Gordon

Very sorry to hear about the loss of your dear wife Linda. Please accept my deepest sympathy to you and your family. May God grant you peace during your time of grief. Rm. 15:33

To Jack and Family: This has to be a very difficult time so it is the time you have to lean on each other for support. This was a complete surprise as we just talked at length with Linda at Bob Freund's retirement party. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Dale & Judy Webb
