Not sure what to say?

Just found out of your death, so sad. I will always remember you! Thank you for all your help and kindness. I owe you a lot of what I have achived. D.E.P.

I am saddened to learn of Dr. Ellis' passing. She was always supportive of her students and had an infectious passion for the Museum Field. She was always kind and always full of ideas, I will remember her fondly for that. I think about what she taught me daily and am a stronger curator because of her. I hope she rests peacefully and I send my condolences to her family and to her Husband who she always spoke very fondly of.

I´ll be sure to pour a metaphorical one out for Professor Ellis at Tropaeum Traiani. My partner and I are headed to nearby Constanta and are planning to visit the monument. I treasured all the classes I took from her, and she was supportive and kind all throughout the thesis project process. She was a bright light in my life and others.

I just learned of Dr. Ellis´ passing tonight. She was such a wonderful, bright soul. I learned so much from her, and felt so supported by her in my Master´s program. She was always blunt, funny and warm. I´m forever grateful for her unwavering strength.

Such a surprise and my regrets at just now getting the message of Linda's passing. A member of the early Museum Studies class at SFSU, I was a recipient of her energy and direction! Happy to help with archives organization, curious to learn if my final project, a memorial to professor John Collier Jr., might finally be found. ;- } It only happened thanks to Linda's enthusiasm. choose love,

I remember Linda very well. She admitted me to the Museum Studies program in 1990. She was so smart and funny. She didn´t suffer fools and could be very honest with her feedback. I know she worked very hard, loved the program and all her students. I´m sorry to hear she passed from cancer. She also loved her husband very much. I wish him well and want him to know that I enjoyed my time as a student with Linda. She was a positive light in my life and I´m grateful for the time we had together.
