Linda L. McFarland, 74, of Oliveburg, died Monday, Nov. 24, 2025, at the Punxsutawney Area Hospital.
She was born Nov. 24, 1951, in Punxsutawney, a daughter of the late Betty L. (Morris) and Walter I. Hollis.
On Nov. 14, 1970, she married Theodore L. McFarland, who survives.
Linda attended the Oliveburg Presbyterian Church. She was a 1969 graduate of the Punxsutawney High School and enjoyed crafting, camping, cooking, baking, housekeeping and her dogs, Granite and Haylee.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a sister-in-law Dorothy Hollis of Sarver, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Terry Hollis.
Services are private and for the immediate family.
Interment will be in Oliveburg Cemetery.

Ted, We are sending our DEEPEST SYMPATHY to you for the loss of Linda. I first met Linda on the elementary school bus when I would go to Coolspring to stay at my grandparents house. I've always like her as she was always nice to me. She had horses at that time too. May GOD hold & help you thru this difficult time. Linda is now another one of GOD'S ANGELS! Prayers, Love & Hugs.
