Linda Phipps, December 18, 1946 - December 18, 2020, Mrs. Linda Phipps, 74, of Arnold, Maryland passed away at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Friday, December 18, 2020. Born in Milton, Florida, Linda moved to Annapolis in 1965, after her marriage to her loving husband of 55 years, Paul D. Phipps. Linda is the adored mother of 4 daughters: J. Paulette (Phipps) Helmer of Cordova, MD, Robin St. Claire (Phipps) Kraus of Arnold, MD, Tonya Lynn (Phipps) Mayo of Severna Park, MD and Marie, who predeceased her in 1966. Linda is the beloved grandmother of 8 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind a very large, extended family. She loved to cook, bake, crafts, garden, but above all; spending time with her family and friends was her absolute favorite thing to do. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. The family requests in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a local food bank of your choosing in her memory. A private memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 22, at John M. Taylor Funeral Home, 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis. Interment will be private.
