Lindsey Taylor Hawkins Franklin, 36, of Morganton, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Lindsey was born September 24, 1984 in Oak Ridge, TN to Kevin Hawkins and Pamela Lambert Hawkins. Lindsey will be remembered for her big heart and missed by many friends and family. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Jackie Lambert. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Taylor Franklin and Jayla Franklin; sister, Tara Hawkins; paternal grandparents, Brice and Boe Hawkins; and maternal grandfather, Wallace Lambert. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 26, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Service. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 5:00 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Rev. Dr. Luke Lane officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for her children at 1507 Main St. E., Valdese, NC 28690. Lindsey was such a amazing person and friend. Always so full of life and energy. She will be truly missed by all that knew her. I am so glad that I got to know her. She was truly a blessing to me. May you rest in peace Lindsey.
