Dear Ian To you and your loved ones my deepest sympathy.

A full and rich life. So full in so many serious tasks, it's hard to comprehend how he had time for enjoying life, but he did. As for "Foto," did his grandchildren continue the tradition of bending their knees whenever he took a shot?

The loss of a great man. Love to you EC and family, David and Jennie Rogers

Dear Eleanor and family
I was saddened to read of Lloyd's death. He was an outstanding professional and a wonderful person. His contributions as a surgeon, a scientist, a mentor and teacher were incredible. And I know how special he was to his family.
May you all be comforted by your memories of him and know that there are many others who remember him dearly as well.
Thinking of you,
Wendy MacDonald

I was the first president of his patients' support group. I always felt 'special' and knew his care was exceptional. I treasure my memories of him. Heartfelt condolences to his family.
