Not sure what to say?

I know this is late but I just now saw the obituary. I am shocked and saddened by the news of Lorne's passing. Jean...from being Grandma and Grandpa Urban's neighbor to teaching at Union School...I'll always have a warm spot in my heart for you. (It was SO hard to call you Mrs. Hartley.) David and Andrea...I'm just so terribly sorry. Violet and I lost our mother last Christmastime and it's so very hard to lose a parent. I am truly very sorry and will be remembering you all in my prayers.

Lorne will be missed in our front row at our basketball games. I always enjoyed chatting with him prior to our home games. What a great fan he was! I know many of our players always enjoyed seeing and talking with him on game nights! So sorry for your loss. The Union County basketball team has lost a true fan!

Jean, It seems like just yesterday that you two were newly weds and expecting your first baby. I remember fondly the times Susan Dicken and I spent at your place. I'm sorry that you and Lorne have to be apart from one another, even if it is "just for a time". My prayers are with you.

Phyllis we are so sorry to hear of Lorne's passing. I will always remember him at those basketball games. He was a true fan. May God grant you peace and encouragement during this difficult time. God Bless.

It has been years since I have seen you. I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers. My Lorne Rest in Peace.

Although we haven't lived near each other for some years now, I have often thought of "my neighbors" with love and laughter. I am so sorry to hear of Loren's passing. I hold you close to my heart in my thoughts and prayers and I hope that peace finds you during this time of mourning.
With much love,
