We think of Lorraine as petite, quiet and full of energy. Once during the Christmas season she spent the entire day helping us shop for bedding, rugs, and curtains for a family in need. She also went to lansing and helped us pick out a red suit for the visiting minister,s wife back in Kenya. She was about the same size and tried many on before he like one. We call you mom although we are not your biological children. Your motherly love has made all the difference. Birthday cards always arrive in time with warm messages of love, and occasional gatherings in a restaurant are invariably marked with your contagious cheerfulness and good stories. Grandma Lorraine 2010

Grandma Lorraine will be greatly missed by myself and our family.
She was so sweet, helpful and generous.
My first memory of her as our new Grandma, was her wonderful celebration of Christmas. She mailed us homemade fudge! Who still does that? She decked herself out in jingle bell earrings, elf shoes and everything for the Holiday gatherings. The kids were fascinated by her enthusiasim.
