Marilyn and Bill, Your lose is shared by many.
A wonderful lady, she and my Mother were friends. Mother who was also Louise M (Marie) Brown knew her from the UB church at 12 points.
She is remembered.

I knew Mrs. Shassere from Barbour Avenue Church in Terre Haute. What a lovely woman! My family moved to northern Indiana and I was very surprised to run into her one day at the Wal-Mart in Ft. Wayne. Even further surprised that she remembered me. We chatted online for a while after that. I think of her often and how nice it was for me to see a friendly face in an unfamiliar place.

Louise was an "adopted" grandmother to our whole Schmitz family.
Her sprite and humor was a wonderful addition to all our family get togethers. She will be missed.
